2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21+ to use mmm33's services. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform. mmm33 may request proof of age from any player at the time of registration or during account verification.

2.2 One Account Only

Each player may open only one account. Accounts created using the same active IP address, payment method, or personal details may be considered duplicate accounts. If duplicates are found, those accounts and any associated winnings may be suspended or closed.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Registrations made with false or misleading information will not be accepted, and the related account may be closed.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure. Any bets, payments, or changes made from an account are considered the responsibility of the account holder. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, the bonus must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement).

• Example: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
• Example: If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 480,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Restrictions

If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Your original deposit amount can still be withdrawn.

4.3 General Promotions

Each mmm33 promotion is available once per player. In any case where promotion abuse is suspected, mmm33 may cancel the bonus and review the associated transactions.

6.1 VIP Levels

mmm33 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression from one level to the next is determined by a player's betting history and their overall relationship with the platform. The VIP levels and their weekly cashback rates are —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is paid out once a week subject to mmm33 approval. Cashback funds are bonus funds and may require further play before withdrawal. See the Bonus Policy section for full bonus details.

8.1 Grounds for Closure by mmm33

In the following cases, mmm33 may close a player's account without prior notice —

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or inaccurate information
• Bonus abuse or use of fraudulent playing methods
• Registering under the age of 21
• Requesting chargebacks
• Collusion or use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage

8.2 Closure Requested by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or email [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned after verification is complete.
